However, we encourage you to contact us periodically for the possibility of any cancellation openings. We are very sorry to all of those who didn\u2019t get booked. Please check back with us this fall for the November 2024 hunt call-in date. We will update our website with that information as soon as possible.<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #c19434;\">At the European Wild Boar Hunt, we are implementing a new system for the May 2025 boar hunt.<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>We are NOT<\/strong> doing a call-in date as we have in previous years. Instead, we are implementing a <strong><u>draw hunt<\/u><\/strong> where hunters will have a two-week window between<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> February 1st &#8211; 14th, 2025,<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0to call us at <a href=\"tel:208-420-3227\"><u>(208) 420-3227<\/u><\/a> or <a href=\"tel:208-293-2563\"><u>(208) 293-2563<\/u><\/a> and provide us with their <strong><u>names<\/u><\/strong>, <strong><u>contact information<\/u><\/strong>, and the <strong><u>number of hunters in their group<\/u>.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><u>Saturday, Feb 15th, 2025<\/u><\/strong>, we will begin drawing names at 12 p.m (MST) one at a time from a tumbler and will call the winners via telephone until we reach our harvest quota. If nobody answers the phone number provided, we will keep drawing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><u>On the date of the draw<u><\/u><\/u><\/strong> (Feb 15th, 2025), please be ready with what day you want, and the number of people in your group in case your name is drawn. Please also have a secondary date picked out if the date you want is already filled with other hunters. If you are selected, please notify everyone in your group so there is no booking confusion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Price:<\/strong> The fee for an unguided pig hunt is $500.00 per pig.\u00a0 A pig can be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis for a nonrefundable deposit of $50.00. The balance of $450.00 will be paid when you come to hunt your pig. We are required to collect 6% sales tax.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>For separate hunting groups<\/strong>, a maximum of five hunters per day will be allowed, so pick your day. If it&#8217;s your own group, you can have as many hunters as you like as long as all deposits are paid in advance. Please bring your own equipment, ropes for hanging and skinning, a camera for pictures, 4-wheelers, etc. This is a spot and stalk hunt.
